Pratibha Ambekar possesses expertise in understanding individuals and has acquired certifications in Graphology and Handwriting Analysis from IIOS Delhi, PoH Mumbai, and UGC Mumbai. She is a certified New Code NLP Practitioner, having been mentored by India's only female mentor in this field, Mrs. Ridhima Dua. Having experienced personal transformation herself, Pratibha is now a renewed version of herself, practising reverse engineering and NCNLP techniques. Additionally, she has completed Executive Business Coaching and Train the Trainer programs at the Indian Leadership Academy in Bengaluru, under the guidance of Mr. Kaushik Mahapatra. Pratibha is also a certified Master Trainer from NIST.

Pratibha Ambekar holds a Master's degree in Chemistry and a Diploma in Global Sales and Marketing from Delhi. She has consistently demonstrated a keen interest in understanding people, their behavior, and their thought processes.

Pratibha Ambekar has accumulated a valuable five-year experience working at Airtel and Johnson & Johnson (Ethicon Division) in Delhi. Furthermore, she has gained two years of teaching experience at Excel Institute in Delhi, specifically working with students. Since 2018, she has dedicated herself full-time to coaching and training.

Pratibha Ambekar, the Founder of Rachayita Manopratibimb, is dedicated to transforming lives, guiding individuals through a profound metamorphosis from caterpillars to magnificent butterflies. She is highly skilled, vibrant, diligent, and possesses a remarkable analytical ability. Despite her exceptional qualities, she remains humble and down-to-earth in nature.

She has organized workshops at St. Angels School in Delhi for teachers, at DTU Design Department in Delhi for students, and at Pawan Public School in Bengaluru for teachers. Additionally, she has provided soft skills training at Sheshadripuram Composite College in Bengaluru for students.
